animal cruelty
i was so disheartened when i saw the news of a pomeranian found tied up in a plastic bag near a rubbish chute in ECP. the poor little one was covered with pee & poo, and shivering from the cold!
HOW CAN ANYONE EVEN DO THIS??
the owner literally treats the dog as rubbish, dumping it in the rubbish chute! it's ridiculous.... and for anyone who recognizes the dog or the owner, you should speak up for this little one. she doesn't deserve to be treated this way!
